Sedaghat Jabbari
Celebrated Iranian calligrapher and visual artist Sedaghat Jabbari was born in 1962. In his work, he mixes his mastery of graphics, which he pursued academically, with Persian calligraphy. This has led him to receiving countless awards and honors, including being named among the one thousand influential 21st century artists by ArtPrice. He’s a tenured professor at University of Tehran’s visual arts department and his work has been presented in prestigious exhibitions around the globe.
