Mohammad Al Bandouri

Calligraphy artist, Scholar and art critic Mohammad Al Bandouri, born in 1966, is a native of Morocco who is a professor of Arab calligraphy and Visual arts. He’s done extensive research ranging from establishing the methodology of Moroccan calligraphy in 2015 to writing about the aesthetics of Arab calligraphy as viewed by contemporary and previous critics, plus many others. His work has appeared in exhibitions all over the world namely in France, Spain, Belgium, China and South Korea and he’s a constant fixture of seminars and conferences on Arab Visual Arts.
