Noureddine Aouni

Born in 1956, Tunisian calligrapher Noureddine Aouni is a graduate of Academy of Fine Arts in Baghdad, and for 23 years taught calligraphy at the Higher institute of Fine Arts in Tunisia. A member Calligraphy association in Iraq, Jordan and Tunisia, He has held several exhibitions inside and outside his native land and participated and been awarded in various events concerning Modern calligraphy in Algeria, Saudi Arabia, and UAE among others. His work has also appeared in Istanbul International Calligraphy competition many times.
