Mohammad Ahrar Hindi

Born in 1956, Mohammad Ahrar Hindi is an Indian Islamic calligrapher who specializes in Nastaliq style of calligraphy. Among his contributions to the art form are lectures given in India and abroad, and individual exhibitions in places like Rampur, Aligarh and New Delhi. His work has been on display in libraries and insitutes in India, Iran, Turkey and Italy. He is a practitioner and scholar of calligraphy.
