Mahmoud Rahbaran

Born in 1962, Mahmoud Rahbaran is a certified master of Persian calligraphy and winner of first prize in Global calligraphy festival in Algeria in Nastaliq style. He has also been reward for his work in festivals in Turkey and the UAE and his native Iran. His work has been exhibited across Iran as part of individual and collective exhibitions and he has transcribed Iranian works of literature, namely Hafiz poetry and Gathas, the book of sacred Zoroastrian hymns.
