Farid al-Ali

Born in 1957, Farid Al-Ali is the director of Kuwait Islamic Arts Center and a member of International Society of Arts, among other positions. Apart from over 13 philanthropic exhibitions in Kuwait, Spain and Canada, his work has also appeared in over 60 exhibitions all around the world, including 21 solo exhibitions in Kuwait, Oman, Turkey, India, China and many other countries. Awarded at the Tehran Quran expo for his work in 2003, his works graces the facades of many buildings and mosque interiors and he’s been a jury member at various calligraphy competitions.
